"I enjoy my stay at this Hampton Inn location. It sits across from the Mills at Jersey Gardens which is a great shopping location. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to give special props to the front desk attendant named Key, she really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. Our trip was bittersweet and we ran into a few obstacles that day, which caused me to have a brief meltdown. And she comforted me as well as helped makw sure my check in process went smoothly. "

"They make you sign a NO SMOKING CONTRACT. However , even my room smelled weed… the WHOLE FLOOR was smelling cigarettes and weed… honestly TERRIBLE! The only positive thing was the staff, very helpful and kind."

"Here’s a polished, personable, and concise version of your hotel review: This was my second time staying at the Kenilworth Hotel - Airport West, and once again I had a great stay. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and we appreciated the luggage rack, iron, and ironing board in the room. The check-in staff was very kind and welcoming, and the evening staff was also pleasant and helpful when they provided us with a toothbrush we forgot to bring. The only disappointment was that the AC in Room 231 did not cool the room very well. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location because it’s very quiet, which was the best part for us — plus the free parking is a great bonus!"

"Plenty of parking and even though it's next to a highway it was very quiet in the room. Breakfast was normal for this class hotel and the staff was great. The only problem was chasing down ice, the only working machine was on the 3rd floor."
