I love staying here! I’ve been to this hotel at least 4-5 times this year and I have zero complaints. The staff is great, the location is amazing and the beds are very comfortable. They have live jazz music on Saturday nights and it’s lively plus the drinks are great. The one area for improvement is the WiFi. I find that problematic sometimes.

The hotel does not have its own parking. The garage is owned by a third party. It is pay by the hour so it's not $12 a night as advertised on Expedia. Also the garage was often full. The bathroom was so dirty and out dated. I would never stay here again and I was shocked that it was affiliated with Hilton.

We had a damaged floor in our room. Some of the flooring tiles had come off. They should have replaced it before offering to the room to us. We also had a problem with the toilet - it was clogged right from the beginning of our stay and we had to call for assistance. I felt that the staff wasn't particularly in a mood to help.

Had a mixed feedback related to staff here, the person who did check-in was good, there was a problem with reservation which he was able to address. But the following day there was a lady at the desk who was rude and was not helpful. I did not expect such poor service from Hilton. Be aware though expedia shows breakfast is included with fee paid, the hotel only provides breakfast for 2 adults, they deny children.

Perfect "unplanned" hotel close to PNC & 45 minutes from Gunnison Beach. Asbury Park + 45 minuteEverything you need in one spot. Clean rooms, bar, food, parking garage & beautiful rooftop deck. Only suggestion ; please provide disposable slippers & robes. Floor = cold & hard. Hallway AC could be a tad cooler. Overall, loved it. Will book again 💙

The room had what appeared to be tape on the walls from a party. Deflated balloons in the closet. A candy wrapper in the bedroom and the table in our suite was soooooo sticky it was disgusting.
