"Super polite staff. I have stayed in many places and I cannot think of one that was better. For example, asking what floor we would like to be on (as there were options), the willingness to make sure our room was up kept daily and would come back when we were in the room late into the morning. Also very helpful with service at breakfast. Rooms and the hotel over was quite clean. Maybe the addition of a waffle maker at the breakfast bar? We travel to this area for three nights every year in December. We intend to make this our place of lodging moving forward."
