The building is only 3 blocks (1/2 mile) from the Hudson River, where you may enjoy multiple restaurants and entertainment venues. Only 1 mile from the Ferry, which can take you to Beacon (one of America's coolest small towns) to catch the Metronorth train to New York City (one of America's coolest large cities). This beautiful, historic building has been completely renovated and features new plumbing, energy efficient lighting, new fixtures, flooring and high-end furnishings throughout. Laundry and private parking spots are available right on the premises. Perfect for a remote employee- your private office awaits! Dear Management,I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at your apartment during my recent business trip to the NY area. As a regional manager who frequently travels for work, finding a comfortable and convenient accommodation is essential for me.Your apartment met my expectations in every way. The quiet and peaceful environment provided a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of my workday. The separate office space was a game-changer, allowing me to focus and be productive without any distractions. Being able to prepare my own meals was a huge plus, as it helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle while on the road. Private parking allowed me less concern about my rental car, and the washer and dryer availability was an added bonus.The proximity to great shops and restaurants within a short drive was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the easy access to major highways such as Interstate 84, 95, and the Taconic Parkway made traveling to different parts of NY and CT a breeze. And of course, the breathtaking view of the Hudson River right down the road was truly unforgettable.I want to thank management for providing such a fantastic accommodation and ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Wonderful in historic town

The property is situated in the best part of Newburgh. The apartment has everything you need, all the conveniences of home, but the quaint charm of an historic dwelling with some of the original features (original built in shelfs, etc.). Very close to restaurants, the historic Victorian home distrIct, Washington headquarters, a quick bridge drive over to Beacon, which is also very historic, which led us accidentally to a cute historic town called Cold Springs.
