The posting on your website said that the location had breakfast but the only thing the give was granola bars and coffee. The location didn’t look good and it looked unsafe. Also the morning from desk attendant was very rude.

Definitely needs to be updated in the bathroom, and tv limited channels and poor quality-very fuzzy screen. Totally ripped up chair. No mirror. No fridge. No microwave. No coffee machine. Only 1 bath towel. And the hallways stunk. Would not stay again nor recommend.

Place was clean and smelled good but no elevator to get from first floor to second floor so if you have a lot of bags then you have to carry them up 2 flight of stairs

This place should be condemned. Whole building smells like mold and smoke. We did not stay. We walked into the room and took a quick look. Carpet had rips and a large stain that looked like blood. Chair was all tattered. Bathroom has loose tiles and caulk falling off. Doors were heavy metal, like a jail cell. The whole place was smelly, dirty and felt like a horror movie. I've stayed in plenty of lackluster hotels, but I've never walked out before this. Worst part was the manager at the desk guaranteed me a refund. Said she would handle it and I didn't need to contact Expedia. She never did. And Expedia refused to offer a voucher. Awful experience all around.

Check out time is 11am. I went to get coffee and returned to the room at 10am. The cleaning lady was in my room. She drink my ice tea in the refrigerator. She was eating my potato chips, and she stole a gift i had on the dresser. I was so disgusted about her being in my room and eating my stuff i totally forgot about the gift. I called the property around noon and they retrieved the gift for me.

The worst thing is there was no free breakfast - they had a few granola bars out. They stopped serving breakfast 6 months ago. I blame Hotel.com for not informing me - if I had known I wouldn’t have stayed here.

It all started, at check-in, by the clerk telling us that the room we booked (it was a acessible room for reduce mobility persons because it was the less expensive) was unavailable and that we needed to pay 10$ more for an other room with 2 beds. She told us that they wanted to keep that room in case some persons needs it (which is totally fine!) but that the same room was 10$ more. We argued for a good 15 mins and she finally called the manager who said it was OK for us to keep the room that we paid for. Also the reservation we made with Expedia was advertising a room with breakfast included but there was none. The breakfast was in fact old coffee in a thermos and one "val nature" granola bar to go. Not my minimum for breakfast. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied because I felt like the clerk tried to scam me and that we took that room mostly because there was a breakfast included (way more easier in the morning with the kids) and we ended up paying for an acceptable breakfast elsewhere.

I found this property to be unsafe and alarmingly in poor condition. There were just a couple cars in the lot. No sign on the building. Trash piled in the stairwell exit . No one around. I made a very poor decision paying for a room here. Won't make that mistake again.

The hotel is very outdated and the continental breakfast was a joke granola bars etc. Hot water was cold first time and empty second time. The sliding door in our room, didn't work right and they said they would come and fix it never did. No extras in room like fridge microwave or coffee machine. Definitely not worth the price I paid!.

We left. The property was FILTHY. The room reeked of smoke. Burn marks on the bath tub in front of toilet. Bath tub was filthy. Pillows and all bed linen stank of stale smoke. It was the most disgusting place I’ve ever set foot into.
