In summer you open the doors with so much lawn for everyone to play cricket under the sun or under the spotlights in the evening. Bring your kayaks for a paddle or throw in a line from your own private beach to catch a few flatheads or whiting for dinner.

There is a permanent resident who lives in a granny flat above the garage. The resident has absolutely no access to the main house at all – they have their own entrance. The resident realizes that the main part of the house is a rental holiday house and that there will be noise, music, laughter and the sound of memories being made! 😊 As you can see from the 10 years and the reviews from previous guests- this doesn't cause any issues.
