「We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.」

「Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again.」

「Great location if you want want living space. Older house with original hard wood floors and ceramic tile. Owner kinda uptight about wearing shoes inside when flooring is hard and carpet is tattered and is in need of replacement in bedrooms. No blinds in front bedroom so I had to hang a blanket over curtain rods to keep light out. Pillows hard. No bedside table lamp. Overall we made it work. Used washer and dryer and had to negotiate with owner for use of that.」

「we loved the charm of this house. Some of the original architectural details are still intact! The location in relation to the Falls was just perfect. Not so close that you get bus and car traffic, but a quick walk along sidewalks and parks to get to the main area. The host was helpful with our questions. The best Indian food and pizza are literally a block away. Thanks so much for the great stay.」

「The house was nice & clean and located in a great area. Not far from the falls with the casino a block away. The neighborhood was a bit run down but we felt safe. The house is tucked off from the road making it hard to find via navigation,but we found it.
