「Lovely property in quiet Rocky Harbor with plenty of great sites and hikes.」

「Yvonne, the property manager, was pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions quickly... she also provided a list of restaurants and activities in the area. The unit was clean and spacious, there was good water pressure in the shower, the bed was comfortable, and the appliances worked without a hitch. We enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend this property.」

「Our 4 night stay at the Cozy Cottage was wonderful. Yvonne is friendly and accomodating and her cottage was aquipped with everything we needed. All of the homey touches and decor had us feeling quite comfortable and at home. Plus, the dreamy view of the harbour and the town of Norris Point is a can't miss! Would absolutely stay here again!」

「The property was beautiful, fairly new . Had all the amenities. Beautifully designed and decorated with quality furniture and bedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 」

「The cottages impressed upon first entry, with a collective “Wow” expressed from the family. The cottage has an immediate feel of luxury with the style and charm of a Newfoundland Jelly Beans house. We were fortunately enough to meet the property manager who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the area. Nothing seemed too much and I would highly recommend catching your own cod for a local cook up and take a short stroll to the hill top to take full advantage of the views...

We were welcomed with little considerate touches which included a welcome note and some toiletries, which was not expected. 「This is a unique rental. We stayed 5 nights in July. It is in good location for hiking the east coast trails. The cottage interior was painted with a pastel color and included high quality sheets and towels. Good quality furniture, comfortable bed and the kitchen was well equipped and (wait for it) sharp knives. The side deck’s outdoor eating area was welcomed after a long day of hiking. Directions to the cottage might be improved by stating that it is on the right side of the road and set back...
