「Have been staying there for several years. The place is in need of some upkeep. It may be lack of maintenance staff but it needs some fixing up and updating. That said it's still a pleasant and convenient place to stay.」

「Hampton Beach is a fun and unique area. This is a fun and unique hotel. Don’t judge this book by its cover. Rooms are fully renovated, everyone is friendly, parking is easy, no hassles and an easy walk to the beach. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will be back again.」

「Janmere Motel exceeded expectations. First time visiting Hampton Beach and they definitely made it great. Room was clean and spacious and everything we needed for the time being. Beds were very comfortable and staff was accommodating and friendly. The pool was nice and clean, though cold. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for somewhere you can be comfortable and walk literally straight ahead to the ocean. I look forward to booking again. 」

「If you’re looking for a place to relax and have peace, this is it. My family had a lovely time here and will be returning. We stayed in one of the dog friendly rooms. I only wish the rooms had microwaves and some place in the room to eat other than the bed. Besides that, it was a wonderfully relaxing experience.」

「This property was perfect for a getaway with 3 adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are renovated. The balconies, the patio on the beach are perfect and the view and location could not be better. Could be tight for 6 people but depends on people’s needs.」

「Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer.」
