Nice large room with comfortable bed and pillows. Advertised shuttle to town and or beach, but when I asked at reception, I was given a walking map :(.

Very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable, pleasant and accommodating staff. Great location - walkable distance to Ogunquit beach, shopping, and restaurants. Delicious breakfast at on site restaurant -Raspberris. Will definitely come back.

The entire facillity was very clean and comfortable. However as the buildings are not marked, it would be helpful to have some type of signs on the buildings to identify the building where you are registered.

I had high hopes and there were things that were great (location, breakfast at the on site restaurant) but ultimately very disappointed by the excessive fees charging $20 per person per night for breakfast including my kids (do not do any of the add-ons they are a rip off) which is more then the cost the public pays to eat their, poor front desk staff who where dismissive. The pools were warm and open late but not deep and on the small side, fire pit wouldn't light for the s'mores "add-on" so my kids were disappointed. There are other places in Ogunquit that offer more for less cost.

Hotel was nice! We did the check-in online and our room was gone when we arrived because someone took our welcome packet by mistake. It was handled promptly and we were assigned a new room. The location is pretty good, about 1/2 mile walk to downtown and the beach, We did a lot of walking! Good restaurants in the area and we saw a comedy show at the Leavitt theater downtown. The beach is beautiful! I’d go back for a night or two.

Close to good food, the town is walking distance. It’s a dated place and quite costly. But high season so expensive.

There needs to be more outdoor seating areas around the property, vending machine inside , longer hours of operation restaurant /bar, larger pool area. For the price charged , breakfast should be included as part of the standard rate. Also all guests whether newly arrivals or stale, should receive same quality of service . We had to remind front desk twice to have our room cleaned , initially we went out and advised the staff only to return and our room wasn’t cleaned and so we had to go out again and advised a second time. We were told staff focused on new arrivals as opposed to stale rooms.Also for some reason there was mildew on the shower curtain, we informed the staff at the front desk but nothing was done about it. We thought for sure it would have been changed when the room was cleaned. We paid a lot and so we expected much more.

The property is impeccable and beautiful. There is an ice cream parlor across the street. The trolly stop is right in front of the hotel. Otherwise, the area with all the restaurants is about a 13 min walk. The pools were clean and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I wished they had was: more fire pits and Smart TVs.

It’s clean & quiet, the room was spacious. The check in process was impersonal and the restaurant had over an hour wait and when we ordered, they said they were out of what we wanted.
