HOUSE OVERVIEW
Relax in an open living room and dining area with a picture window looking out into the greenery of the backyard. The skylight and ceiling fan keeps this main living area light and airy. There are board games, dominoes, cards, and 3 smart TVs for your enjoyment.

MASTER BDRM – king bed, smart TV, with a full private bathroom with a tub-style shower.
SECOND BDRM – queen bed and smart TV.
THIRD BDRM – full-size futon with a top single bunk bed and a desk if you need to check email or join a virtual meeting. The wifi is fast and reliable.
The KITCHEN contains all full-size appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you need to create a simple or extravagant meal.
For your convenience, there is a full-size Maytag washer and dryer right off the kitchen.
The back door leads out to the deck so you can enjoy barbecuing on a propane grill and outdoor dining. The patio set sits 4. We can leave folding chairs if you need them.

For those chilly days, there is electric heat and a cozy gas fireplace to sit around. There are window air conditioning units in the master and second bedroom. However, there are still window fans available for those of us who love the cool fresh mountain air at night in the summer.

PET POLICY
Yes, your well-behaved and trained pup is welcome! There is a dog park right across the road from the house for all to enjoy. The fee is $25 per night for one well-behaved doggie 30 lbs. or less.

When you’re ready to explore one of the most spectacular areas of America, take a scenic drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Have fun antiquing or enjoy a glass of wine at one of our local wineries.
To feed your adventurous spirit, go whitewater rafting, take an ATV/ UTV tour, or ride the alpine coaster in Banner Elk.
