This newy renovated home includes luxury vinyl flooring throughout, new paint, new baths, new kitchen with stainless appliance package and granite counters. smart TV, SONOS sound and internet. New washer and dryer. Plenty of parking and close to major areas! Monthly cleaning is included. Come have a charming stay!

This property is exactly as it’s represented in the information section and photos. It’s actually better in real life. It’s beautifully decorated, has a very cozy feel and the host is wonderful to work with. I was a little concerned at first that it was a duplex but it was no problem, the neighbor next door was quiet and kind when we happened upon each other in the parking area. The are no stairs/steps so it was great for my old dog. There’s a small back yard that must be quite nice in the warmer months. The location is really great for visiting the downtown square area and close enough to the main shopping area of Newnan. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy place in Newnan.
