Renovated Modern Coastal 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home with private attached garage parking, BBQ grill, 2 oversized Patios on the 2nd level, 2 Living room Spaces, and Secluded Master Bedroom with en suite bath. This home is without a doubt one of the nicest and most private vacation homes in Newport Beach!
Our home includes 4 Smart TVs, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Arcade Machines, Beach Cruiser Bikes, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, etc.
The space
Located just one house from the beach, this unique home is an architectural work of art that was formally owned, designed, and built by a successful architect. The home has been designed to maximize its prime location in one of Southern California's most desirable areas. Embodying the ideal of "beach chic meets soft contemporary. Spanning more than 2, 700 sq. ft. of living space and situated with 3 beds and 2 baths.
For those of you looking to spread out and enjoy your own space this is the home for you! On the Ground floor, you will find the kitchen, private attached 2 car garage, bedrooms 2 and 3, oversized dining table, and the main living room fully equipped with a smart TV with HDMI hookups ready for the Gamers in your family. We also provide complimentary Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Hulu. We've also added 10 new surge protectors with power plugs, USB and USB-C Ports for easy access and convenience throughout the house.
On the second floor, you will find the Primary Bedroom (bedroom 1), an oversized living room with a foosball table, wet bar with a second coffee maker, and bi-folding doors opening to the patio for a true indoor/outdoor feel.
Master Bedroom 1: - (1) King Bedroom
Upstairs the master suite features its own private balcony and en suite bathroom with a generous vanity, walk-in shower, and gorgeous natural light.
Bedroom 2: (1) Queen
Located on the ground level between the kitchen and living room area. This bedroom is perfect for those who may have mobility issues but can still manage 1-2 stairs at entry.
Bedroom 3: Bunkbed - (1) single and (1) full sized bed w/ Shared hallway Bathroom
Our 3rd bedroom is an open space Bunkroom. This space opens directly into the downstairs living room and is filled with Arcade Games for the kids.
Our home also includes 2 Private Garage Parking spots, Washer & Dryer, beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas. This home truly has it all!
HOME LOCATION
Located just steps to the beach and a few minutes from the Balboa Pier (providing you with 360-degree views of the ocean) as well as just a quick walk to the Historic Fun Zone, & Iconic Balboa Island Ferry you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is miles of beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, Fire-Pits, and the occasional flag football/ultimate frisbee tournament just off to the Right.
From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk or 20 Min by car. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island have it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the two-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
- Firepit must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
