Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with pool and heated jacuzzi and less than 5 mins drive to the beach.

The home includes 2 single size beds, 1 king size bed , 1 king size inflatable mattress, 2 futon and en-suite bath in bedroom. Our home is fully equipped with a smart TV, wifi, hair dryer, bath towels, and more


Home professionally managed. Our home is located in one of the biggest complexes in Newport Beach that has a lot of amenities like pickleball courts, basketball courts, grilling area, gym, pool/hot tub, laundry rooms, and many more.

Our home is close to all local attractions.

5-10 mins to Newport pier, 20+ restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, surfboard/bike rentals, Duffy boat rentals, fashion island shopping center, lido marina village, (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, Fishing, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the Balboa Pier docks, MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE!)

10-15 mins to beautiful Laguna beach, Huntington Beach and irvine.

10 mins to UCI or UC Irvine college.

15-20 mins to Disney Land.

Was told I’d get an email with entry code at 3pm and had to call at 4pm 3 times to ask for code to gain entry. To top it off they made a claim saying a tv was stolen lol tv was a 20 inch outdated piece of junk. Absolutely stay away from this place it’s located in the ghetto part of Newport stay away !!
