Doyle's Beach & Boardwalk is a collection of 7 beach condominiums in Newport Beach, CA. Located next to the Newport Pier, you wont find a better location central to all the greatest eating, playing, shopping, and relaxing that NB offers. This 4 bedroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is a communal BBQ located by the parking area for your use.. There will be 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use. You will have your whole condo and also share a common area with a condo across the hall. This area is large with hooks for clothes and towels and a bench for changing. It is a great place to store shoes and help keep your condo clean. We will have a manager on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are literally hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) first booked, first reserved. But we believe the best way to experience Newport is by bike and boardwalk. We can hook you up with the local Bike shop for cheap rentals.
To ensure cleanliness, all of our linens come freshly wrapped from a linen service. Sheets and linens for the bathrooms will be wrapped on your bed upon arrival.
