It’s been awhile since we’ve stayed in such a perfect property. Our room overlooked the bay. Unfortunately the weather was too hot to sit in the balcony. All of the staff really cared about our comfort. We live near and this was a staycation. We decided to do this every month.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view. Very clean. Waffle Board for Sunday Brunch? Do not pass up an opportunity to enjoy this one. My ONLY issue was getting someone to answer the phone the 2 or 3 different times I tried. ( needed Housekeeping, Valet, Front Desk). No answer. Otherwise we loved this place and would go back tomorrow.

The room was nice and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. Shower had great water pressure & quality shower wash and shampoo. I was surprised that there were NO lotions or shaving items provided. Also, it was clear that the lobby was under renovation (which was disclosed AFTER I had made the reservation). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It is undergoing a renovation. New, renovated room was very nice and comfortable. Due to renovations- lobby is temporary and not great and some elevators weren’t working -so walked a long way to my room! Overall, it will be very nice when completed in the next few weeks but a little rough during this stay. Coffee shop/breakfast area was unexpectedly nice and I wish I knew about it before checking out!

Great hotel w/hospitable staff. The property is currently being renovated so there’s a little bit of noise but it’ll be excellent once complete. If you can, book a room overlooking the bay & all the boats/yachts. Great experience, will definitely be back.

This is a clean and beautiful property that unfortunately we couldn’t use. First, they let a drunk woman in the restaurant who vomited all over the place so I couldn’t finish my meal, then they had rose parade vendors parking right outside our balcony which was unfortunate because we couldn’t enjoy our balcony with vendors yelling, talking and thier trucks beeping and parked right in front of us there was no peace. Lastly when we were waiting for the valet to bring our car there was so much traffic from thier rose parade event they had going on that the valet basically told us to go get our own car because of how busy they were. When I told the Manager about the beeping trucks and yelling outside our room he did not seem to care. After paying 700.00 for this room our stay should have been way better. I am disappointed
