- Welcome to to Sail & Sea, your dream Newport Beach getaway! This recently renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom lower unit has been thoughtfully remodeled with brand-new flooring, finishes, appliances, and furnishings. The light and airy atmosphere invites relaxation from the moment you walk in.
Inside the Home
Enjoy the open-concept layout, perfect for family gatherings. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly, with a cozy built-in breakfast nook, a spacious living room, and a stylish kitchen featuring an island and modern appliances. Cool off after a day at the beach by relaxing in the air-conditioned comfort of your home.

Bedroom 3: Twin-over-queen bunk bed with en suite bath (shower/tub combo), please note: you have to walk through this bedroom to get to the garage.

Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Our stay was perfect. The house was very comfortable, inviting and a good setup. We enjoyed the location and had no issues during our stay. The only trouble that we had was parking in the garage. The entry is limited and there was a large (trashed) appliance in the alley during our stay. We had to move it in order to park. The floors could have been cleaner. Overall, our stay was good, and I would recommend this home.
