The studio was indeed very cozy, but perfectly comfortable for a couple. The ceiling, tower, and box fans all kept the room cool during a heat wave. The kitchen was really well equipped with what we needed.Literally steps away from the bay and the walking path along the harbor, as well as the beach being a short two block walk with easy and safe street crossings. There were some bikes that we were allowed to borrow to cruise around the island - crossing the ferry with them was so fun!Trent, the property manager with AvantStay was the most helpful and friendly host from the moment I arrived until weeks later when something I left behind was located.Highly recommend this rental for your vacation stay in Newport Beach.

Perfect little getaway!

We loved being so close to a bike rental shop, the ferry, and of course the beach! Kathy is the perfect host, and we would definitely come back!

Very clean, location is great... parking is a hustle..would be nice if they tell you there's no view at all.. it sort of feels like when they send you to the corner all the way in the back.. that would've been good to know before I reserve... it makes a difference in your decision.

Simple yet Perfect vacation

Kathy’s place was amazingly clean and well taken care of just like the pictures. Clean towels ,sheets , and dishes and the places even had access to beach chairs and beach towels.

So much better than a hotel!

This place is everything it claims to be. Clean, comfortable, great location. We would definitely stay here again. Kathy was great to work with and very responsive to some last minute changes we had. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood.

Balboa Studio

It was enjoyable and close to Balboa Pier. Very clean and comfortable. I wish it had a toaster for breakfast Bagels, etc. Definitely would stay in this studio again.

Perfect

This was perfect for my week in Newport Beach. Very well located close to the waterfront and the beach, well equipped and in a super quiet neighbourhood. Loved being able to walk or ride my bike everywhere. I’ll definitely stay here again and refer friends and family.

Stayed for our honeymoon

Working with Kathy was very easy. The condo was very clean and even had chocolates awaiting us. A very short walk to the beach and condo sits on the bay side. We would highly recommend staying here. Also renting bicycles instead of a car was the way to go!

This was the perfect location for us while attending a regatta at the Yacht Club close by. We were within easy walking distance to the venue and plenty of options for dining close by. Kathy was super sweet checking in on us and we couldn't have felt more at home. From the personal note, chocolates and bubbly to the comfortable accommodations and clean space, we highly recommend this location!
