Perfect location to build memories

This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. The house was clean, spacious, had an incredible view, amazing location to the bay or the beach. It was close to great restaurants and a very peaceful relaxing environment. We would love to return to this location in the future!

Graduation Weekend

Wonderful time together for our group of 9 visiting from far and wide to celebrate our son’s college graduation. The homes were immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our time together. The beds were especially comfortable!

Bay beach stay

Very good location, quiet bay beach 50 ft away, newport pier and restaurants 2 blocks easy walking. Lovely furnishings and upstairs unit has nice daylight, downstairs unit bedrooms small and dark, also bathrooms very small.

Great property perfectly located

The ease of booking, checking in and out was fantastic and seamless. We rented both units and the space was great, beds were comfortable, appliances and bathroom were modern and up to date. Bayfront Beauty is centrally located close to bars, restaurants, the pier and stores. We really enjoyed are time there. In garage there are beach chairs, umbrellas and a boogie board.

The property was perfect and the house is so cute wish I could move in.

Overall the property was wonderful for my friends and family. My husband had a great 50th birthday so thank you. A few the the unit could use are a pizza cutter, some greenery in the house and a hot tub. Will book this property again.

Newport Beach Gem

We loved this place! We rented both upstairs and downstairs of this wonderful upgraded house which gave us plenty of room for our group of 8. The inside was super clean and offered all of the necessities. The location was perfect. We walked to different restaurants, rode bikes on the boardwalk, and sat on the sand with a great view of the harbor. Beach chairs and towels were also provided. We definitely would rent again.

Wonderful House

We rented both units for our family. Both were very nice and clean. The kitchens were well stocked and and the beds were super comfortable! We loved the location, the neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to the beach, dining and shopping. We will definitely be back!
