Indoor/outdoor living at it's finest at this impeccably appointed Newport Beach home. Stack-able doors perfectly blends the indoor and outdoor space. Enjoy the seating area around the fire pit while listening to your favorite music from the outdoor speakers or watching the game on the TV that swivels from the family room. Upgrades galore in the kitchen - quartz countertops, white cabinets, mosaic glass backsplash, stainless steel countertops, and much more. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, upstairs laundry area. Garage is fully stocked with bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, wetsuits, beach chairs, and beach games/toys. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt water. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. Plenty of extra towels/linens. Countless restaurants and bars within walking and biking distance. One minute walk to the beach! It was PERFECT!!!! The home, the location, the neighbors!!! And a 4 min walk to Starbucks and thee best grocery store!!! AND….the bikes the chairs, ALLLL the beach stuff you could EVER need….. I had a couple of questions and the owner answered immediately!!!I just can’t say enough…..

Fantastic rental for family & friends

Fantastic rental on all aspects; location, layout, beach accessories & cleanliness. No need for a car, which makes a beach stay even more relaxing. Easy walk or bike to the beach, coffee shop, & grocery store. The owner is always just a text away & responds quickly if needed. We will definitely be back!
