Step into relaxation along the Grand Canal at the Center of the Island! Sunny and spacious home on the water with beach access, private dock and private roof patio. Home has modern appliances, new bbq, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, dinnerware, linens two bath tubs and a patio with fire pit in the front of the Home. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have bath tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views of the water.Beds are very comfortable and outdoor patio is great for breakfast next to the water. In the Garage we have an EV charger as well. Experienced and friendly property management with many positive reviews. Thanks for viewing our Home! License SL10139

3 full bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. WiFi speeds of up 1 Gigabit in most of the Home. Lots of sunlight and amenities including kayaks and 2 bikes. Beach wagon, beach towels, and chairs if desired. Ground floor bedroom is easily accessible for elderly persons.

Large garage provides easy parking.

Private dock, roof patio and water access provides additional serenity and quiet. Sunrise, moon rise and sunset views!

Whole house. (Please note: there is one back unit above the garage that has a separate entrance and one long-term lease tenant).

We have a welcome note with all the necessary info, and are available by phone or text for instant communication throughout your Stay. Property manager nearby if-needed as well!

Steps from the Beach. Easy access to the Fun Zone, Fashion Island, Crystal Cove, and other Newport Beach attractions

Being on the Island is another unique point. Lots of things to do within walking distance as well!

We have 2 bikes and 2 kayaks which can be used.

Great space..for 8. We loved our stay here. House was clean with plenty towels and linens available. However, we would not recommend this space for 10 humans. The teens were not very comfortable on the air mattress, even with topper. It was doable, but not ideal. The other three bedrooms were great for us, esp with their own bathroom spaces. The lanai was nice w fire pit, and we used the bikes quite a bit. Fun location. Great little bodega right around corner has all needs; dishwasher soap, sugar, etc. Kitchen fairly well appointed. Unfortunately, the ally was torn up by the city/county, so we were not able to access the garage or park there. Good communication, comfortable, and considerate owner/managers. Mahalo

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were in town for a family wedding and Balboa Island is a great to stay. We were right on the canal. The main street, and Island were very walkable! Greg and his dad were amazing hosts! The house had tons of room, everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

The property is better than advertised. The location is really great, just a few minute walk to everything. Property was very clean, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Our host Greg is really good to work with, easy to communicate with helpful thought out. I do recommend this property!

Beautiful in Balboa

Beautiful home and great location in the heart of Balboa Island. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. House was right on the canal with the walkway right outside the front patio!Lots of shops all around us.Thank you!

Amazing Location!! You feel like a local!

House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fireplace was an extra nice touch. Location can’t be beat! I would stay again! Garage is actually a good size for two vehicles but a challenge comes into play because there are trash bins in the alley from the market. Without those trash bins you have plenty a room but since they’re there, one vehicle is probably ideal. One small thing to note (I didn’t rate down for) was the cleaning crew arriving after we were told we could check in early. Also, our check out time was 10am and they were there at 9:30am. When I told them we would leave at 10am, they graciously left but came back at 9:55, we were gone by then but just wanted to note that.

Great location on the island

We rented this house for our spring break. The location can be beat right on Gran Canal and close to Marine Avenue. Communication and check-in was fantastic throughout the whole stay!

Beach island setting can’t be beat! Great location with view of the canal and short walking distance to shops and dining. Parking on the island can be a challenge so having a garage with dedicated parking is a huge plus! House has a well appointed kitchen with ample dining area seating. Lovely patio with gas fire pit and grill facing the canal. It was perfect for our “girls getaway birthday celebration! We would definitely return!Downstairs hall, bath and bedroom obviously get a great deal of use and could use a coat of paint. Rare to find a home with three full baths! Also a huge plus for this location! Loved our stay!

Fantastic Time On Balboa Island

Greg was a fantastic host and his home was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and centrally located to make walks and access super easy! The rooftop deck and backyard patio on the canal were just bonuses.

Perfect family home

Great location near shops, restaurants and a grocer. Fantastic neighborhood to walk with little to no noise! Easy commute to inland experiences. Owner was friendly and prompt with communication. Parking a larger truck on side streets near the house was easy and within a two minute walk.
