    Welcome to Salt & Sand I your Newport Beach getaway! Just 4 houses from the surf and sand, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath lower unit is perfectly situated for families and friends to enjoy everything the peninsula has to offer. *Upper unit is also available for large groups or families.

    Step outside and stroll to the Newport Pier, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops, or spend your days surfing, biking, or exploring nearby Balboa Island. From whale watching to sunset cruises, adventure is right at your doorstep.

    Outdoor Living:
    Relax on the large sunny shared patio with umbrellas, plenty of seating, outdoor dining tables, and a BBQ grill — the ideal spot to unwind with ocean breezes and evening sunsets.

    Dining area for 6 plus additional bar seating

    Fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances

    2 bedrooms: 1 queen, 2 twins (sleeps 4 in beds)

    Patio is a shared space, but situated to accommodate guests from both upper and lower levels

    Garage is shared with Upper Unit, 1 spot is designated for each unit. Oversized cars may need to park on the street if they cannot comfortably fit in the garage with another car.

    Must be 25 years of age or older to book; with proof of ID.

    Upon completion of reservation guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement, agreeing to White Sail Realty's Rules & Regulations.

Excellent location! Just 2 blocks from the beach! Easy to find from the freeway exit. The beach chairs and toys were so nice to have. The blue pop up is a little tired, but it works. Some beach towels are provided in the linen closet, Loved walking distance to a couple of restaurants- Chronic Tacos was the bomb! A couple of us got pedicures at Pink Nails. So relaxing. We were a party of 5. The pull out couch and beds were adequate, but the wicker was… squeaky. We did cook & BBQ during our stay and had all the basic utensils and mixing bowls, cookie sheets needed. I would recommend a stay at this property for a little beach time.
