Our 2 bedroom/2 bath rear upstairs cottage on the Newport Beach Peninsula is stylish, sensible, and central to all the best sites of Newport. This is just the right space for a refreshing beach getaway, surrounded by all the modern conveniences and just one house from the popular 18th Street beach! Here's what you'll find:

- Barstool seating for 3 at the adjacent kitchen counter
KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware

- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom #1: King bed; Roku TV; en-suite bathroom; peek-a-boo ocean view
- Bedroom #2: Full/twin bunk bed set; Roku TV
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

Shared coin-operated laundry facility located in closet along side walkway near back gate; guests must provide their own supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
1 small covered carport space - compact vehicles only! General area street parking can be used, when available, in the area - some free; some metered.
LOCATION:
Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing and much more! Across the street you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids, and the waterfront Lighthouse Cafe. Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
