EXTRA SLEEPING:
One twin trifold floor mat - best used for kids - is provided, along with linens and pillows, to accommodate the maximum total of overnight guests. (Twin rollaway beds can be rented/delivered for use by adults instead of the floor mats. Please make arrangements with our office in advance.)
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
PARKING:
1 space provided in a single-car garage accommodates small to mid-size vehicles. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).
LAUNDRY:
Laundry facilities are located inside the residence. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
