The living area has an ample amount of seating and a flat panel TV. Built-in seating in the corner with 4 additional chairs and a table provides space for ocean view dining or games in the evenings. The fully equipped kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator and granite counters, making the kitchen an efficient space for whipping up family favorites. The more formal rectangular dining table in its own niche has comfortable seating for six.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The full size stackable washer dryer is in a closet just outside the master bedroom door. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds each and share a bright hall bath with a tub/shower combination. A full size stackable washer is in a closet at the end of the hall near the master bedroom.

The rental has a small front balcony with a gas BBQ. The lower patio is only for the lower unit guest usage.

One parking space is in the shared garage. The garage is low clearance, tall vehicles and roof racks will not fit.

Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, flanked by several local's favorite eateries. Lido Marina Village with high-end and casual restaurants and boutiques is a quick walk away. The Newport Pier area with shops and local eateries galore is minutes away by bicycle or scenic 10-15 minute walk along the beach. This location is perfect for families looking to explore the area and enjoy the beach!
