Newly updated unit but quite small as beds take up majority of both bedrooms. Very close to beach and there is garage parking. There was construction in the unit above but they were kind enough to skip working one of the days we were there. Well stocked. The check in instructions mentioned only minimal supplies (like 3 in 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash) but there was more there than advertised. I would recommend checking in before you arrive to make sure you don’t buy something that was already there. One of the toilets was dirty when we arrived but outside of that, it was very clean and new.
