Epic Newport Beach house

We loved that this beach house was located in the best possible location with whitewater views to the south and north of the Newport pier. It is clean, well equipped and modern. Even though it is in the center of all the action, it it quite and comfortable to sleep in.

Beachfront Newport Beach

The location of this property is fantastic. Right near all the restaurants and shops yet at night it was quiet. Steps from the beach and the boardwalk and right on the beach path. We walked everywhere! This property had everything we needed from beach chairs, to a big screen tv to a keurig coffee maker.

Location, Location

We rented this home because we wanted to be right on the beach, and next door to shops and restaurants. This comes with unsheltered people sleeping rough on your doorstep, and noise from the bar fights at closing time, but that was not a deal breaker for us. 3 stars because the place was a bit beat-up.

Location great. Next to everything. House was very clean. Had a little problem with the toilet the last day but resolved. Wish the rental company would have been a little flexible with check in and check out times as the house was not occupied.

Nice upstairs beach house

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and even though it was really busy we still enjoyed our time. The house was well furnished and had plenty of starter supplies. Enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and extra beach towels.

Perfect location on the beach

Located right next to the Newport Beach Pier, very nice upper level unit. Everything you need is within walking distance. Hightly recommended.

Fantastic place

We loved this rental. Great location next to the pier, stores, restaurants and the beach. Stocked kitchen with everything we needed, clean, and the washer dryer came in handy. Great communication. The view from the balcony was amazing and we watched a beautiful sunset from it. We would love to stay again if our travels bring us back to the area. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful, relaxing and fun!

I can't say enough about this location! We could see dolphins diving in the ocean from our balcony....and our kids played endless games of football on the beach which was right outside our door. We loved being close to so many shops and restaurants. We are already dreaming of our next trip back...Thanks for sharing your amazing spot with us!

Newport Beach Stay

My family loved that we were close to the beach and pier at Newport Beach. Our rental for 3 days was tranquil. The home was comfortable and relaxing. My grandchild loved getting up early in the morning and walking along the beach. If you want to relax and experience the tranquility of the Pacific Ocean in beautiful Southern California, book it now. You’ll have easy walking access to the fabulous beach and some fine eateries!

Perfect location!!

We had a wonderful time! This condo couldn't have been in a more perfect location. It was literally steps to the Newport Pier, the sandy beach, the wonderful shops and places to eat, as well as a nice fresh fish market where seagulls and pelican's gathered to snatch some fish scraps. There are bikes to rent near by and a nice long sidewalk where you can walk, run, ride, or roller blade (whatever fits your fancy) that funs the length of the peninsula. The sunsets over Catalina Island were spectacular, and we could even see the fireworks up the coastline from the pier which signaled the coming of the New Year. Dolphins could be seen from the deck and there was a great seal that seemed to love to swim under the pier so he could snag some of the bait that people were using to fish, as well as throw to him on purpose. I hope to spend other vacations there!!

"Location Perfection"

It was everything we expected or needed it to be. Super close to the water, great people watching, comfortable and easy. Oh and for my friend and I who are always freakishly hot, the fans and AC units were really helpful. One small issue - that the living room furniture was REALLY uncomfortable and didn't seem to be at all meant for our purposes this past weekend. We ended up watching TV on our laptops in the bedroom, actually. And it would be great if the public didnt have such easy access to our patio - perhaps a gate or something might be nice. Aside from those small things.. it was truly perfect!!!!!

Really enjoyed ourselves

We loved this place! Beautiful views and convenient to everything. Would have rated it 4 stars since the description didn’t mention how loud it would be- it is located right on the main boardwalk area and is the closest house to the boardwalk. Taking off an additional star because mgmt company was totally unresponsive to my call that the patio umbrella was broken , which made the deck unusable for us during the day- a major decrement. Also, they left us one roll of toilet paper for our 5 person, 5 day stay and none of the stores within walking distance sold toilet paper (and it was not ideal to be on vacation and asking random stores if they had toilet paper, esp during COVID). Beds were super comfortable, but management could be better.

Great location, needs small maintenance items fixed

Very clean second story condo right on beach. Great views. Just a bit short on maintenance. Master bedroom fan will not turn on -- likely a remote battery issue. Master bedroom AC unit worked intermittently. Seems like HVAC fan is on the fritz. Everything else good -- needs a refresh soon.

Great get away

Location is perfect, you can walk anywhere. Never needed to get in the car, and the view is amazing. Great waves right in front of the home so people watch is superb!

Perfect location & setting

Right on the beach. The second story deck meant I could feel like part of the goings-on in the plaza & boardwalk (walking/skating/biking sidewalk) without having to be *in* the crowd. Beach right at the bottom of the stairs; ocean just across the sand. Basic necessities were all I needed, and this place fit the bill perfectly. I messaged property owners the first day & didn’t hear back until the 7th day I was here. Fortunately it wasn’t an emergency—just couldn’t find the porch sun umbrella in the photos—I bought one off Amazon. I hope future guests get to enjoy it, too (it’s in kids’ room closet). Parking is really really tight, especially when the restaurant next door parks on both sides of the alley. So the smaller the car you have, the better. And if you have to be somewhere at a certain time, check to see if you’ll be able to get your car out. I can’t wait to return to Newport Beach again some day.

Beach House Visit

My husband and I have been using this Beachhouse for the last four years. We were pleased at all the upgrades that we’re added. Including new sliding glass doors, toilets, etc. Our first morning we Discovered that the coffee pot glass was broken so I called the customer service number and they showed up with a brand new pot within two hours. We were very impressed with the service. We would have given our stay five stars but unfortunately the street behind us was under major construction and there was loud jackhammers, cement trucks, etc. for the entire week so instead of listening to the waves crash we heard construction noises. But we made the best of it and had a nice time.
