「Staff was not very professional over the phone. They did not pick up when I called the property and would frequently answer with “what” something rude. Upon arrival they stated my room number out loud with other guests in the lobby which made me feel unsafe. I was also given the code for the first room I was told and then was told “actually it doesn’t work” and was given a fob to a completely different room instead.
