Cute kitschy beach house. Very convenient location to the beach. Overall, met our needs with our two littles - loved all the books and vintage decor in the house (including children’s books and stuffies)! Two points to note would be 1) the driveway is indeed very steep and 2) the dining table over carpet and rolling chairs were not great for feeding kids 3 and under.

Wonderful place

Only thing i can gripe about is the shower head and there wasnt a stiff pillow in sight. The beds were awesome, location was great!! Awesome place to turn 29!

Great place for the price

This house has a fun old beach vibe and even though the furniture and carpet are really old the beds are very comfortable with good quality sheets. The house was also spotless so for the price it was great!

Great stay with a pet

Thanks for allowing pets at this location. It is a great location and so close to the beach for dog walks. While there we have sideways rain and high winds and with these 4 leaks were discovered. Three in the living room and one in the kid's bedroom.We just put pans and towels under them and wasn't an issue for us. We notified company and sent someone over a few days later to look at them. We loved the place and its location. Would definately come again.

Very homey stay

We loved the way the place was laid out and so decorated with ocean themes. The king bed was very comfortable, the living room spacious and the place cooled down on sunny days with the help of the air conditioner. The kitchen was also well laid out. The view was amazing, and the place is central to the historic beach and the waterfront stores. We hope to stay in the future!

Great location for exploring Newport

This house was comfortable and well stocked. The driveway is steep and narrow. But Tim managed to get our full size Tundra up and down successfully.

Comfortable hill top home with ocean views!

This home was comfortable and very close to Nye Beach. The beach is just a short 10 minute walk from the house. The Nye Beach historic district is only about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the house. There you will find shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed and the Vacasa host was excellent!! Thank you Matt. You made our stay very memorable.
