“We were over charged for the room rate by $86, the pool was out of order which was highly inconvenient, the front door staff weren’t super friendly, and the tv wasn’t functioning. I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time.”

“Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved that the pool was open until 11:30 but hot tub was broken and we were hoping to use that. Free breakfast was great with lots of options! Room was clean but some areas in the hallways had a bad odor. Would stay again!”

“Our schedules changed and we were arriving well before the designated check in time - yet needed to be ready for an event that afternoon. I called the front desk and inquired if it might be possible to check into our room early. The staff member was beyond friendly - assured me that as soon as a room was cleaned and prepared, we would be able to get in. When my family and I arrived in town and stopped by to see if a room might be ready - my paperwork was on the counter and the room was ready……

“I stayed here with my daughters for a little over a week. I was charged a $100 deposit which was expected and asked to sign and agree there would be no smoking in the room, nothing else. After checking out, I was charged $100, no receipt no explanation. When I called to inquire they said it was due to excessive cleaning. There was no excessive cleaning lol We kept the room very clean without them coming once to make get housecleaning services. It’s absolutely ridiculous. They then lied and said……
