We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful, spacious and clean house, nice deck and big yard! Everything you need for a relaxing stay!

The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there.

The Good: - beautiful location and cabin - close to town but far enough to feel private - lots of space and rooms for hanging out and activities - the beds were firm and comfortable - host was responsive and communicated quickly - flexibility with check out time The Bad: - the host seems overbearing and has an enormous amount of rules that can make you feel unwelcome - below the surface level beauty, the house seemed fairly dirty. There were dead cockroaches under the couch and food/beverage bottles left tucked behind beds - the listed stated and showed a grill on the premises but we were not given access to one - the showers barely had any hot water
