We did not like the room, it felt very dingy, bare and run down. Lots of wear and tear showing on the furniture and thought the unit smelled a bit off, not clean. We ended up booking another room at a nearby hotel and stayed there. It’s a good location and the contactless check in was very easy.

Had a wonderful stay at the Pelham Court Hotel in Newport! The room was bright and clean- with a full kitchen and spacious bathroom. Comfortable Queen bed and a pullout couch in the living area for extra space. The management was great providing information about parking and getting into the unit. The location was across the street from Bowen’s wharf and very close to all the shopping. Would definitely stay here when we return!

Perfect stay in downtown

Hidden gem in the center of downtown! Walking distance to everything, spacious 3 bedroom unit perfect for families, and dog friendly with a park a block away. Will stay here again next time I’m in Newport.

Location alone could not be better. Our suite was perfect very very comfortable and clean. Access was seamless and did appreciate the texting communication. I’m not sure if it’s a seasonal complementary service, but there was no continental type of breakfast in the mornings I was under the impression from the photos online. But honestly, it was not a big deal at all did not hinder or hurt our stay we went ahead and tried to rebook a couple weeks from now, but not surprised very popular location and spot, they’re booked all the way through July lol we’ll keep looking and hopefully something will open up a lot sooner.
