I have stayed 2 weeks in 2 different rooms. There are little things that could be better but for the price point there was no big deal. The first week the ac/heater in the room was a little loud. Second week the tv had a vertical line blacked out. Rooms were clean. Ice make and laundry in good working order.

The rooms we're really bad sound proofed. It was nice that the lady front desk gave us a wavie if we gave a good review on Google for the early check in. They were not able to help me keep my lugage when i asked if i could leave it there since i wasn't able to do early check in. Early check in fee was 45 dollars and i felt like i could get a better hotel since early check in fee was almost 75% of the room i booked for. I checked in around 1pm ish and they could only take 3pm check ins earliestwas 2:30pm. They also didn't have a lounge i could stay in for the wait. Even though there was an hour and 45 minutes before i could check in, i can tell that my room was already ready and still couldn't check in without an early check in fee. I'm still thankful for the kind lady in the front desk, the male front desk didn't give good service and his aittuide really hated it.

The room was cold on arrival and smelled musty/damp. No instructions on how to work the heater and when we eventually got it going it stopped after 10 minutes. It then took a 5.minutw conversation with the front desk to actually get someone to come to the room and sort it out. The bathroom was very small and you couldnt open the door fully as it hit the toilet.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean and well appointed room. Would recommend for anyone on a budget or with pets. Major snow storm during our stay and the staff plowed, snow blowed paths, shoveled, cleaned off vehicles.

days b/f our stay, I asked via email to checkin 1/2 hour early and was told this won’t be a problem. When I arrived the man at the desk said to check in early I have to pay 35$. Ive stayed at many hotels and was never charged to check in early.Plus I wasn’t told there was a charge when I requested it via email.But, when the woman arrived at the front desk, she was very kind, and apologetic.We had to really rush to get to our reservation since we weren’t able to check in early. She explained that because it was NYE they didn’t have staff to clean the room, so they have to charge for the accommodation.to make up for this, she allowed us to check out an hour later the next day Which was very helpful.Since hotels make you check in so late nowadays and check out so early. When I was young, you paid for 23 hours at a hotel.Anyway, it was very helpful to be able to stay the extra hour. They really should advertise on their site that they charge $35, even if it’s only certain occasions. I’m just really lucky that our reservation was at 3:30 not 3, otherwise we would’ve missed it (w/ no refund) because we had our dogs and we had to leave them in the hotel room before we left. I also asked if the dog fee could be waived since there’s no breakfast due to renovations and he said they already lowered the price b/c of this, which wasn’t true since I booked the regular price a mo b/f the email was sent that there’d be no breakfast. Pros:only 15$ dog fee,clean,quiet,good location.

Yo be honest even I pulled into the parking lot it looked like a “Motel 6” and the lobby is pretty shabby. I almost cancelled the reservation but I had read reviews and people were pleased with the place. Lo and behold the room was huge and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Glad I stayed and the price was very cheap.
