This townhouse style home is newly renovated and steps to everything. Walk out the front door and enjoy the great restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping Newport has to offer. Stroll down to the harbor and enjoy a morning coffee on the waterfront.

This house is located in such a great location. It's in the heart of the best that Newport has to offer and amongst beautiful historic homes.

THE SPACE
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home will give you all of the privacy you need, while at the same time offering comfortable common areas to spend time with family and friends.

Here is a brief description to give you a better understanding of the space:

First Floor:

This a private home in a duplex. The only shared space with the other home is the front porch and the back patio. We also rent the entire house as a 6 bedroom / 6
bathroom rental if you have a group larger than 6 adults. If you have any questions about the space or layout please let us know!

House Rules:
- No parties or events. Guests will be asked to leave immediately, and extra cleaning charges will be forced.
- No smoking inside the home. Guests found smoking in the home will be asked to leave and charged extra cleaning costs.

This is a well kept and convenient place to stay. The parking turned out to be easier than expected so that was a bonus. It would be nice if there was at least one more comfortable chair. With 4 adults the metal dining chairs that we needed to use in the living room proved to be a bit uncomfortable. Additionally some wine glasses would have been nice. Great location, easy check in and out, secure, and clean. We would stay here again

Property is perfect location and very clean. Beds were comfortable and having a bathroom for every bed room was great. The property manager didn’t provide checkin code until an hour after checkin time. We were very tired and exhausted and just wanted in to rest a bit before we headed to dinner. Only other suggestion would be provide some coffee for the coffee maker. Location is perfect to downtown. Parking can be tricky but once parked you don’t have to move your car until your ready to leave because you can walk everywhere.

Great location and close any activity in town, parking is tricky but there is two overnight lots not too far away. Plenty of room in the house with 3 bathrooms.

The house was very clean. We could walk to restaurants and the water easily. Parking was no problem. The photo does not match the house. We were expecting something different but it was in such a great location and very clean, so it did not disappoint!

Amazing spot in an amazing location
My family and I stayed here for two nights. The location is great. Plenty of bars and restaurants a block away, or take a beautiful 10 minute stroll to the wharf area. We'll definitely be coming back.

Location in Newport can’t be beat!
This property is half of an older duplex in historic old Newport. It is walkable to shops, restaurants, cafes and a little farther but walkable to the waterfront area. Also close to the free trolley to get to the Cliff Walk and the mansions. The unit is clean and comfortable but the spaces are mostly on the small size. The kitchen did not seem to be equipped for any major cooking. We did not have a car, so parking was not a problem, but a car was definitely not necessary. We would recommend this unit

The rental was lovely, and worked perfectly for our family over a long weekend. It had been recently redone, was clean, beds were comfortable and above all, the location is perfect to explore downtown Newport. Newport in the summer time there is not a better town the only negative is that parking can be a little difficult but we made it work and had a blast!!!!!!

We were intern with a group of couples for a wedding, and this place was perfect. You cannot beat the location, and the house had everything we could need for a comfortable and fun stay in Newport.
