「The hotel needs air conditioning in all bedrooms as the rooms were too hot. There were no fridges in the bedrooms to keep water cold etc which was disappointing as we had to ask for glasses of ice to do this. Staff were exceptional and the spa and swimming pool were really good. A great location on the edge of Dartmoor with access to some great walks.」

「We loved the location as it was less than 10 mins from Colson Park wedding venue we were attending. The staff at the Cromwell Arns were very acommadating but unfortunatly my husband banged his head on corner of the tv as he squessed past it as the bed took up too much room for ease .There was a lot of dust on skirting boards a fluffy duster would sort! Apart from that everything was clean and to a good standard. Breakfast was lovely well presented , thankyou to you all we would stay...

「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」
