“Rough property, clean but there were faulty switches, water damage and floor damage. Lots of drywall patches, just generally deferred maintenance in several spots but owner stated he would attend to these after our departure. ”

“This place is fantastic, Charlie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was satisfactory. This place includes a lot in your stay such as towels soap/shampoo and even cotton swabs. This place is a great location and will 100% recommend for anyone staying in the area. “We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. “House was extremely drafty - window air conditioning units still in the windows and not adequately insulated for colder temperatures. In addition, there was an odor that permeated the house which made things uncomfortable. The listing mentioned games in the game room - game room was a large empty space with no games. When the WiFi was down it was impossible to access the on line guide to the place. ”

“Overall cleanliness was fine, bath mats in bathrooms were not clean. Covered in hair and dirt, very gross. Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. ”

When we arrived there were some things that needed attention (the coffee beans were low and not sufficient, one marshmallow bag was left open, the ping pong balls were all damaged, and there was not dish soap to fill the dispenser), but the owner was very communicative and quickly resolved issues. ”
