You got robe slippers and chargers for phones. The food was amazing with heavy duty silverware different not like the regular plain silverware. Sernita was very friendly and always went out of her way to satisfy our needs. Ellen was very knowledgeable about the island’s plants and allowed us to harvest to make our own unique teas. 「I liked the room, the location of the hotel. I liked that the owner brought us tea upon our arrival at the hotel. The facility was clean, spacious and it felt like home away from home. The owner's daughter Shauna, helped me tremendously as I unfortunately had a fall outside of the hotel and Shauna assisted me greatly with ice packs, special pain gel for my knee and also allowed me to have a lower level accommodation as it was difficult for me to manage the steps. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)」

「Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful.
