「The clerk that checked me in was very nice. The room was clean and the included breakfast was about what I expected. The downside to this hotel is the noise. I was on the first floor and could hear the cars on main street. It just isn't a quiet hotel.」

「I love the view of the river and the outdoor patio. I booked a riverview king room on Expedia however when I got there the desk clerk gave me a non river view room. When I went to complain she said somewhat smugly “next time book it direct with us and maybe you won’t have these problems” and handed me a business card. She did not get me a river view room and I was too tired to fight about it. Poor customer service skills.」

「It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands.
