“*Excellent customer service. *The room was clean. *The breakfast was delicious. *Nice pool and gym. **When we arrived, our bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper and the body wash bottle was empty. **Overall, a very nice stay. ”

“Check in was awful, had to walk across a huge parking lot with luggage to another hotel then walk all the way back with luggage to check ourselves in with no one on duty. No elevator for rooms on second floor had to haul our luggage up flights of stairs. Poorly maintained, curtains in room had several holes in them, lampshades had tears, microwave light blinked off and on during microwave waving. “Check in was easy and very accommodating. The lodge is very elegant and has a beautiful atmosphere. Accomofations are above expectations. We were given a meal ticket to eat in town which is close by. Staff is very nice. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!!”

“The shower had hair from previous guests. No hair drier as listed on website was available. No couches were in the “suite” as pictured. Only 2 beds-no closet or dresser. Washing machine ran at all hours of the day/night and vibrated so much woke us up at 230 AM. Staff smoked right outside the entrance even though a sign said must be 25 feet away to smoke. Would not recommend even in an emergency. ”
