"Room was very clean, modern/updated, and quiet."

"The bach is very rustic but was adequate for our two night stay. What bothers me is the inaccuracy of the listing. The bach looks directly at a hedge and the back of the owners house. There is absolutely no view of the beach, neither is there a patio or deck. "

"Spacious home with lovely views of the sea and rural setting. Great for a few people to have their own bathroom and space. Very clean and tidy. Pool and spa an added bonus as well as being able to take your dog."

"We were in Whangarei heads area for a sailing regatta and staying in this bach made our week really special. They have kept all the quirky charm of a well renovated Kiwi bach yet tastefully added to it so that our group of 10 fitted easily and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is small but very well equipped with everything we needed and the fridge was large plus an extra fridge if needed. We loved the very large dining table so that we could all eat together. Best of all is the wonderful view across the estuary and the kayaks. Pataua south is a relaxed quiet seaside village and we enjoyed the walks to both outer beaches and jumping off the foot bridge! I would love to return with my family for a holiday "

"Tidy place lots of kitchen utensils and crockery etc however some basics would be nice like couple of tea bags, salt and pepper, few rolls of toilet paper. Bit difficult when you turn up at night and there's no toilet paper "
