Such a nice place! Very new, clean and spacious room. Absolutely loved the warming lights in the bathroom! The reception lady was very sweet and kind, she handed out fresh milk for tea and coffee, and even left some chocolates on Christmas eve. It was a very welcome stay after a long road trip.

Room was a great size, clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Loved the two recliner arm chairs in the room, was great to be able to relax on comfortable chairs instead of having to sit or lay on the bed. The cleaning staff were friendly and the owner was very kind as well. She had a lemon tree at the front of the property and I asked to buy a few lemons but she wouldn’t accept any money and gave them for free which I really appreciated.

Lovely room, great spa bath and comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to the city centre and very convenient for SH1 North and South. The only minus is the lack of any clothes storage in the room - no wardrobe or chest-of-drawers. Highly recommended for short-stays up to a few days. Would recommend for longer (we stayed 4 nights) if they sort out the storage - there is at least plenty of room for a few drawers.
