This is a 2 to 3 star and not 4. Towels smell and breakfast food is limited. Hallway and elevator dirty. I will not recommend as there are many bigger and newer hotel nearby.

The room was lovely and clean. The reason for the bad review is we requested the front desk book us a limousine van transport to Dalat. Unfortunately the front office staff don’t speak much English and booked us something we didn’t ask for (even with our use of google translate). The reason we wanted a van to take us to our hotel in Dalat is we have quite a few bags and a small child, so didn’t want any hassle. However, we got put in a van, which took us to a bus station, where we waited in the heat with our luggage and child until we were put on a sleeper style bus to Dalat, which we are on now. I’m still unsure as to whether we will get dropped at our hotel at the other end or if we have to taxi. This is a reminder to the hotel that sometimes customers are willing to pay more for a quick hotel to hotel service, rather than a cheap option that is uncomfortable. We weren’t given any other options.

Disappointing
This was my 10th hotel booking in Vietnam and overall this was the only unfriendly service in all country,the staff can be quite rude,they also hold your passport during your stay which didn’t make me feel comfortable either,the premises are just ok there’s just a huge indoor window to the corridors in which whoever passes can see you,the maids enters the room without even knocking,and the breakfast is quite disappointing…
