Location was great, convenience store out the door to the left, plenty of places to eat, AC worked good, view exceptional. Pool was nice as was the gym which had basically everything one would need. WiFi bad, couldn't keep up with some background video/music from you tube. My phone kept disconnecting so just used my data. Bed and pillows super comfy. We'd stay again.

Exellent for all services at Navada: staffs, breakfast buffet has so many choices for western guests, some vietnamese, different soup change every day. Our family travel from Ho Chi Minh, to Hue. Navada hotel is our best staying, and met our expectation when we travel in US. The only 1 suggestion is the small glass section in the shower should have a blind for this section, I can see my husband body in there, luckily our other traveler was sleeping with blind folder. Even though, this hotel still is our Best staying, 5 stars review.

We loved this hotel. It’s right across the street from a beautiful beach. The area isn’t crowded. It’s safe. 16th floor room had a superb view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff there were great. Small gym, but great for a quick workout. Cleaning staff were great. The front desk folks were great. They were honest and helpful. The rooftop pool was small, but nice. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! However, the sauna & steam room were broken. We asked when they’d be repaired and were told “months.” The pool staff are extremely scarce, as in “never around.” The restaurant is the same way. At breakfast there are workers everywhere, but drop in for a lunchtime or dinner meal, and there’s a large gate barring the entrance and there’s nobody there. It’s weird. There are plenty of outside restaurants to eat at, so that’s not a big deal, but it’s just weird to have facilities like that unmanned. Front desk told me I could use their beach towels and lounge chairs at the beach for two hours free. After that I suppose that you get charged. The beds are also terribly hard. Towels are 6 of 10. So, if you can live without the steam room & sauna, hang at the rooftop pool without staff, sleep on a boxspring, and eat outside after their excellent breakfast buffet, then you’ll love this hotel. Go to GANG SPA. 10 minutes away. They pick up/drop off. Beautiful place. Sauna/steam room, bath, showers, pool, massage, coffee, tea, fruit! 5 ⭐️

Staff was excellent! Everyone we encountered from front desk to room service/maintenance and dining agents were very courteous and helpful! We booked 3 rooms & got there over 2 hours early but not only did they managed to get us checked in to our rooms with minimal wait time, they also upgraded our bookings to all rooms with ocean views. Needless to say, that greatly improved the quality of our visit! Breakfast was an amazing array of quality and delicious international and local options! We didn’t need to eat again until late evening!!! The gym equipments and the swimming pool were also very nice! Despite our one-night stay, I managed to biked 10 minutes in the bike trainer, run 3Km on the treadmill, swam in the ocean across the street for over half an hour before swimming a dozen laps in the roof top pool!! Would definitely stay again next time if I can still afford to do so!! 😅

My stay at Navada Beach hotel was absolutely fabuluous! Location could not be any better. It's right across the road of the most beatiful beach in Nha Trang (north beach), far away from noisy city's center. Hotel's amenities are new and the staff is very friendly. If you are a soup lover (as I am) you'd would definitely enjoy buffet breakfast — FOUR(!) kinds of soups offered (changing daily). A word of caution: the bathroom and the room are separated by a glass wall. If you happen to catch a bout of diarrhea, your roommate would be watching the action from the first row seat. Not if there is anything wrong with that, just be careful when consuming raw seafood in the city. I was not😞 And by the way, within a short walking distance from the hotel there is the best seafood buffet in Nha Trang — "I like buffet" (strongly recommend). Make sure you book ocean view room. The view is absolutely stunning! Attached pics is what I was marveling at first thing every morning.

Ekstremt flot udsigt - ok værelse dog med mangler

Ok værelser med den flotteste udsigt. Internettet virkelig godt. Morgenmad mangelfuld - kun hvidt brød. Og der manglede ekstra / andet pålæg og flere slags ost (vær opmærksom på at morgenmad lukker allerede 09:30. Det kunne klæde hotellet at stille kaffe automater op, så man kunne nyde en kop americano, latte eller cappuccino. TV programmer var ikke som lovet dvs. ingen engelske kanaler der virkede. Mangel på håndklæde service. Bar i foyer lukker tidligt (21:30-22). Til dels meget uklart vand i rooftop pool - bør tilsætte mere klor. Opholdsrum ved rooftop havde ingen klimaanlæg der virkede samt sauna og dampbad var ude af drift. Glasset til ved poolen bør rengøres oftere da udsigten er fortræffelig. Irriterende at der hele tiden holdt biler udenfor på fortovet. Generelt markedsfører de sig selv godt men der skal afklares / rettes op på mange ting før at hotellet leverer i forhold til markedsføringen. Der var hele tiden noget der ikke fungerede synes vi (lejet 3 værelser - familie på 5)
