「The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort.」

「Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was exceptional. We love that the hotel was located within walking distance of the falls and the casino. This is one of the only places we will stay when we visit Niagara falls. 」

「The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly. However, there were very few waiters in the casino, and I only got one bottle of water after playing all night!」

「It was a wonderful experience. It's a gorgeous hotel. Love the decor and how have embraced the beauty of the building. Our room was lovely. Nice little touches such as a welcome letter. The front desk person was phenomenal and kind. Their daily breakfast which is complimentary was great. We stayed for two days and they had different warm breakfast items and many options. The location is perfect by the Falls and Casino. More hotels need to strive to be like this one. 」

「The room was quite clean, but I don't know why there were some chicken feathers in the bath towel and on the bed. Everything else was fine. It would be great if they could put disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers and other things.」

Not only were they responsive, but we were quite pleased when they purchased a brand new iron and ironing board as we had communicated the previous one was damaged and stained. I would definitely stay at this property again. 」

「Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. 」
