Very nice B&B!

Very hospitable host. Made us feel at home even though our stay wa.s just overnight. we woud definitely recommend this to others and my wife and I would want to stay here again when visiting Niagra Falls.

We found it an overall enjoyable experience. Our host Sam was particularly engaging and accommodating! She makes outstanding breakfasts and is a pleasure to talk with. Based on the online description, we thought that our room with two beds would have a private bathroom, which was not the case. But since there were no other guests, this did not present a problem. The property is clean and quiet. We appreciated being able to bring our cat. We would definitely stay there again!

The property is very pleasant, clean a and well-located, so that's all good. But Sam, the proprietor, makes it an absolutely hopeful experience. She is cheerful, kind, and well informed about the area, and she makes the best pancakes I have had in DECADES.

The location was excellent. Being along the Niagara Parkway it was easy to find and was close to many attractions. The property had a nice back deck and inside the rooms were clean, attractive and had very comfortable beds. The shared bathrooms were clean, spacious with a nice decor. As for the breakfasts, the food was plentiful and was served hot and fresh. Overall the accommodation was satisfying. On the down side, I found it overpriced at 224.00 per night This is because the rooms were not large or really fancy, the bathrooms were shared, the breakfasts were tasty but not really gourmet. Also the property from the outside was very plain with no landscaping and compared to some of the other B&Bs in the area was not really that beautiful.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Guests are invited to use the kitchen and patio as they desire. A very welcoming and homey atmosphere. All guests were invited to participate in a BBQ dinner during our stay. It was a delicious 3 course “French” meal served on the lovely patio for a nominal charge per person. There was classical music in the background - very classy! Our room was clean and comfortable. The stairs are a bit steep for taking suit cases up, and there is a bit of road noise, but we knew these things in advance. It was great value for our money and I would definitely stay at Adams Inn again.

Cute inn, lovely hosts.

A cute historic BnB! Sam and Edmund were lovely hosts. We stayed a night in a large comfortable room with en suite bathroom. It was exactly what we were looking for. Nice quiet neighborhood right along the river. Close to Niagara Falls but just far enough for some peacefulness. We look forward to returning in the summer!
