The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The water park in the hotel was great especially considering it was very hot. The only two negative things I can say are that the internet was terrible and I don’t think the air was working right because even after turning it as low as it would go the room was very hot. Also a plus there are two places to eat in the hotel.

Great for little kids, having water park, play ground, and places to eat. Fresh co was walking distance if you need anything. Niagara falls are 12 min drive, so we need a little bit of time management on traveling and paying for parking where we go.

Good location away from all the crowds. Kids loved the waterpark even though it really isnt a big place. And all amenities close by. Grocery store is next door! Good room options for large families.

This property was clean and conveniently located within close proximity (approximately 10 minute drive) to Niagara Falls. Boston Pizza was conveniently located inside the hotel along with another restaurant. The kids loved the Waterpark attached to the hotel, however during our stay a child deficated in the wave pool. The hotel protocol was to get everyone out of the pool and remove the particles, followed by super chlorinating the pool. First of all, how a parent can let a unpotty trained child go in the pool without a swim diaper is beyond belief. The protocol on cruise ships is to empty the pool and sanitize is much cleaner and would prevent bacteria from spreading. The protocol of the hotel, leaves guests subject to very unsanitary conditions. We did however enjoy our stay overall. I did find the $25 per day parking fee to be a money grab, as the hotel is quite secluded and no one else would have a reason to park there.

As soon as we check in we found bathroom sink is clogged. I called front desk to fix it but it was not. Next morning again called but they couldn't fix it. I paid for the room was not able to use bathroom sink. We had to use bathtub for brushing and washing. Ridiculous.

This is our second and probably last stay at the same hotel. We stayed for three days in 2023 and five this time. Even with breakfast included, it's inedible because there's nothing good about it. And they charge around $20 per person for a terrible breakfast! Since they're accepting outside guests at the water park, it's overcrowded, and they've closed off the upper floor, making it very difficult to find a seat! Make sure you keep your wrist bands of waterpark otherwise they want to charge you $35/each person. This is super weird. Once we’re the guest of the hotel why do you ask to save wrist bands every day? Why also you charge for parking? I am your customer who purchased a package for 5 days, so where do you want me to park my car? This is not acceptable! Unfortunately, we only received one time room cleaning within 5 days! While we were in a vocation, they want us to wake up early morning for room cleaning…… This is not acceptable too. I don’t recommend this place anymore….

Great pirate theming in the family suite. Large room with lots of space. Close to attractions and dining. Waterpark is a good size for younger kids. Some areas a little run down but you can tell they're making improvements. We were very happy with our stay.

We come here annually. Only complaint I have is that we received 6 small chicken wings which according to staff was 1 lb. We order 1 lbs wings all the time at restaurants and we receive 8-10 wings which are larger for both our kids to share. After bringing attention to kitchen staff they said 6 wings is 1 lb. If you count the veggies in the tray then yes it's 1 lb. I don't think we should be paying $19.99 for 6 small wings which definitely wasn't enough for 2 kids. Next day we ordered a pound of wings elsewhere and received 9 wings.
