One of the worst stays of my life.. This comfort hotel is not at all comfortable. The "Queen" size beds are really Double beds, rooms are smaller than your master bedrooms. No ventilation system, bathroom exhausts don't work and never ever stay is ROOM 101 - It is nect to the main hall enterance and you'll be consistently disturbed by people walking, talking and most annoying of all - the door shutting/closing sound. Remember- It is "Cheap" for a reason.

Overall good experience. Staff is nice. Convenient parking right at the building. Breakfast has multiple options for almost everybody. Though line ups during breakfast was a bit frustrating. An extra toaster and another stack of plates and crockery can easily help reduce the lineups.

Not up to Comfort Hotel Standards. I stayed at the Comfort Hotel in Niagara Falls and was very disappointed overall. The room seemed designed for accessibility - low bed and toilet, which made it extremely uncomfortable for our stay, although being a stdn rm. The bed was extremely low and felt more like a cot than a proper king-size bed. The pool was quite cold despite being advertised as heated. After leaving the pool, a group of children playing soccer in the hallway, and I was accidentally hit in the lower stomach by a ball . Although the child apologized, the noise continued for a long time. I reported this to the front desk the next morning and was told it would be brought to manager’s attention, but no one follows up. The next day, the pool attendant began balancing pool chemicals while guest were still swimming, which did not feel appropriate. The water remained cold, and I was told nothing could be done because a large group of children were staying at the hotel. Later that day, children were running up and down the hallways and slamming exit stair doors making it difficult to rest. My call to the front desk did not seem to resolve the issue. Upon check out the staff was very obnoxious. On a positive note, the check-in staff was polite and the breakfast was acceptable. However, overall management and supervision need improvement. I rate this stay 2 stars, only because of the friendly check-in staff ( 1 young lady, doesn’t remember her name) and breakfast team.
