The best is the price. The experienced guy look annoyed and not friendly at all at check-in. Breakfast just fine with limited choices. One elevator is not enough for the whole hotel during dining hours.

Good location to the Falls and options for dining. Upon checking in, the staff incorrectly programmed our room keys. So when we got to our room on the 7th floor, they didn’t work. Then I had to go all the way back downstairs to get them reprogrammed. This took awhile since there was only one elevator in the entire hotel (super inconvenient). In our bathroom, the bar that held the shower curtain was loose and oddly curved causing the curtain to move/slip while showering. The air conditioner gave off a bad smell. Definitely needs to be cleaned.

One of the managers was very nice and helped us with the storage of the electric wheelchsir. Place needs renovations. Hallways are smelly. Rooms are average, bathroom very small. Old carpet. Furniture in lobby needs an uplift, sofa's were sticky and dirty. There is no place at night to socialize at all. No table and chairs
