Before booking, I called the property, directly, to ask if there were elevators. I was told that there were none since there are only 3 floors -- fair enough.
I said that I cannot do stairs as I have leg issues. I was told that I would get a room on the 1st level -- which common sense suggest the main (ground) level. I decided to keep my booking.
When I arrived, not only did I have to walk up about 5-6 steps to get to the front desk but I also had to walk down two flights of stairs to get to my room! -- on the 1st level, which was below the main level. Of course, when I was ready to check out the following day, I had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the front desk, then walk down the 5-6 stairs from the main desk to the street level.
While the location of the property was convenient for me, I will not be returning, in future.
