Dirty, dingy. The floors were sticky and room was not clean. You have to pay 25 for parking-theres places closer to the falls for cheaper parking. They say free breakfast, but theres no food in the place. They give you a coupon for breakfast at a restaurant that is not attached to the hotel, and it is not dine in only-very inconvenient. Would not recommend staying here.

This wasn't the fanciest hotel, was a little old but the staff were so nice. I left something valuable behind and they called me to make sure I got it before I left town. Really very nice people. Good value for the area which can be super pricey.

Location was easy to walk to the falls. The ladies at front desk were able to accommodate our group with adjoining rooms which we appreciated tremendously. However, nothing was mentioned about $25 parking fee per night at time of booking. Hotel very clean and staff friendly even enduring a busy time for the eclipse.

Inconvenient for disabled as 1st floor, which is considered for disabled, is actually below main reception and accessed from a set of stairs DOH or by driving to end of building to alternate door after using stairs at front of building. They sent us to another hotel because they overbooked our stay even though I booked a week in advance. The hotel they sent us to had parking 2 blocks away which is a giant inconvenience when expecting parking at your hotel. The room they gave us at the new hotel is such a downgrade the room doesn’t even get sunlight it just faces a cement closed in area. Total check in time took over 2 hours and we got nothing for all the issues both hotels caused.

The staff was grumpy/ unpleasant. The service was bad, we were 2 adults with 2 child and a baby, we didn’t have a change of laundry/bed/trash in 2 full days and nights. The hotel or the bedroom we were in, i don’t know was super noisy, we could hear every doors of the hotel opening and closing. Everyone that was walking too. The saturday night, until midnight for sure, it was reaally loud, people were practically screaming in the corridors. I won’t recommend this hotel at all and I won’t come back there either. I’m disappointed.

Very close to the casino and concert venue. Room was very nice and clean but hallways and steps felt like a much worse hotel. View from the room was a barbed wire fence? And check in took over 30 mins.

Before booking, I called the property, directly, to ask if there were elevators. I was told that there were none since there are only 3 floors -- fair enough. I said that I cannot do stairs as I have leg issues. I was told that I would get a room on the 1st level -- which common sense suggest the main (ground) level. I decided to keep my booking. When I arrived, not only did I have to walk up about 5-6 steps to get to the front desk but I also had to walk down two flights of stairs to get to my room! -- on the 1st level, which was below the main level. Of course, when I was ready to check out the following day, I had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the front desk, then walk down the 5-6 stairs from the main desk to the street level. While the location of the property was convenient for me, I will not be returning, in future.
