Honestly, the room my family and I were staying in looked like in the movies where people would do drugs, make drugs, or doing anything criminal. Thats how bad our government oom looked. The beds looked horrible, it looked like there would be bed bugs but thankfully we didn’t encounter any. The walls, the carpeted floors, the general odour of the room was so dirty and filthy. The people do not maintain any of these rooms. The kitchen was so dirty. The stove had stains, the microwave didn't even have that spinning plate thing so I couldnt even heat up my food. The tables and chair were dusty. The bathroom was so dirty. Basically the whole had looked like it has not been cleaned in years. The only nice thing about our stay was the free breakfast so.

The room did not match the pictures, room was in much worse condition then advertised. The jetted tub didnt work and the water was murky. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, no doormat for wiping shoes, curtains were thin enough to see through and we could hear everything that was going on outside. It sounded like there was an animal under the jetted tub, we heard scrathing all night and chattering. The pillows were very thin and old.

I couldnt use my bathroom for 2 days because the toilet was clogged. The manager came in with a snake and did something to the toilet and got poo everywhere.It was on the floor all over the toilet.The side of the tub big poos, inside of the tub, so I asked the manager if we could have compensation.And he told me that he would extend my stay for a couple of days, and then when it came time to extend the stay, he told me that he had no room that the room was already bucked.What else happened

Our stay was bordering on Poor, because the bathtub and sink in the bathroom had no stopper plug. This means you can only shower. There was no hair dryer. The room had hardwood flooring, which looked pretty worn down in some areas. There was no floor mat at the entrance, for you to wipe your shoes. Therefore, I trekked into our room, the melting snow and sand spread all over the snow covered parking spaces, and steps to the second level and outside corridors. This made our room floor quite messy. There was a little broom, but no dustpan. The heater was noisy. Breakfast (included) was OK, but they ran out of sausages, (GUESTS had to wait for a fresh batch to be cooked), and then the remaining supply of home fries and scrambled eggs also ran out. Guests had to wait for these as well. This was at 9:35 am before breakfast services were to end at 10:30 am. Insufficient was given to the supply of items for the guests.
