We went to the property. It was VERY dirty. Trash everywhere. Not as depicted. Then we went in and showed them our reservation. They said they did not take internet reservations. We were forced to find another hotel immediately. I’m glad I didn’t pay for this in advance. Staff rude.

No acostumbro dar malas reseñas, pero definitivamente no puedo pasar desapercibido el hecho de que las imágenes que muestran no tiene nada que ver con la realidad del lugar. Desde que se llega se observa que está sucio, mal olor, instalaciones viejas, telarañas, y lo peor de todo, infestado de cucarachas. Reservamos por dos noches pero no pudimos soportar, lamentablemente la primer noche llegamos muy tarde y ya no pudimos buscar otro alojamiento, pero para la segunda noche buscamos otro alojamiento. Ahora bien, no puedo dejar desapercibido el hecho de que el administrador fue muy amable, en cuanto le expresé mis inquietudes me ofreció la opción de quedarme la primer noche (ya que era inconveniente dejar el alojamiento a altas horas) y reembolsarme la segunda. Así que en ese sentido, puedo decir que el servicio del personal fue muy amable.

I'm very disappointed by this service. I reach the hotel at 1.30 am and they told me the reservation was cancelled. I didn't receive any prior cancellation email from the hotel or neither Expedia. I did sent an txt inforrming i would check in later. But from their side they never received. Cancelling my booking and leaving me in the road as ll the rooms were full.

They cancelled my reservation without informing expedia or me! But now I realizes , It’s a good thing It did not happen. I did not experience how bad the reviews are. Saved to a disaster. Thanks to Expedia I will get a refund. Will never book here.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced. The pictures on hotels.com are not what youre getting. The room smelt like freshly smoked cigarettes and illegal activities. The window, which was street level, was kept open to air out the smell, but that caused bugs to be flying in. In addition, the room had clearly not been cleaned - there was dust and cobwebs all over the room. It was also held together by duct tape and the base boards were falling apart. We checked out right away and have been having an impossible time to get a refund. Do not believe the images on this site - please see the attached images to get the reality of what this 'establishment' looks like. I wish there was a way to properly convey the smell.

Stayed here before Covid and the pool was operational and it was quite nice… not sure what happened but the pool was not operational and the room was run down, tv hardly ever worked. Maybe they had a tough time during Covid and I truly hope they can turn it around and get the place back on track because it has potential.

We feel very mislead by the pictures posted on Expedia. This property is scary, unsafe, dirty and the rooms are falling apart. The sink in the bathroom was held up by a 2x4. And upon check in the reservation had been cancelled even though I had the confirmation in my hand. They also wanted cash. We ultimately left and went somewhere else.

Went to stay for a night with family and went out of the parking lot without even stepping out of the car to checkin. There were activities going on which were not to have a family around. Overall serup looked filthy
